Satellite guidance for the visually impaired   A visually impaired pedestrian walks through the streets of Madrid. His position is being measured using EGNOS-enhanced GPS and audio directions to his chosen destination are being delivered to him via headphones.   A mobile telephone and portable computer adapted for use in a system providing visually impaired pedestrians with audio directions using EGNOS-enhanced GPS to fix their position.
