Sascha Tietz working on SSETI Express. SSETI Express, the first internet-built student satellite, will be launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome on 30 September 2005.

Functional testing of UHF, S-Band, on-board computer, the electrical power system, the propulsion control instrument MAGIC and power interface node (PIN). SSETI Express has been built by teams of university students spread over Europe. Launch of the low-Earth orbit 60 kg spacecraft will take place in September 2005.
