ISS Education Programme - SUCCESS About the experiment examples Examples of previous student experiments, categorised by discipline, are linked from the right. Most of these experiments have flown to the International Space Station on European missions like the Spanish Cervantes mission (2003), the Dutch Delta mission (2004), the Italian Eneide mission (2005) and the German Astrolab mission (2006). It could be useful to pay a visit to these pages, as there are some experiments that you might not immediately think of – you might get some new ideas for your own experiment proposal. As well as the five more traditional disciplines there is an additional category 'Other disciplines'.
Additional information can be found regarding the university student proposed experiments in the Erasmus Experiment Archive (EEA). http://eea.spaceflight.esa.int Just type one of the experiment names in the search bar and start your search. The results will provide you with additional descriptions, videos, photos and links to the papers published in scientific magazines. Naturally the EEA also allows you to find information on a very large variety of additional experiments, flown on a variety of carriers. Last update: 25 June 2008
