Through the commercial access customers have the opportunity to obtain the exclusive ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights resulting from their experiments, and to exploit the Marketing Rights related to their projects.

The Open Call for Commercial Proposals

To seize this unique opportunity, ESA issued a Permanent Open Call. Potential customers can respond to it at any time by describing their business idea in a Commercial Proposal, the document that allows the customer and ESA to start discussing how to transform an idea into reality.

The Permanent Open Call system offers certain basic guarantees, right from the start. Your idea is protected by confidentiality and treated accordingly.
