SuitSat being readied for release
SuitSat in flight configuration. On the top of the helmet is the electronics control panel along with the SuitSat antenna. A new handle has been added around the midsection of the suit to allow the astronaut/cosmonaut to move it safely prior to launch.

SuitSat-1 will be thrown overboard on 3 February 2006, during a spacewalk by the two-man crew of the International Space Station (ISS).
