Turn your idea into a commercial proposal
 
The first step to turn a bright idea into a solid project is to prepare a Commercial Proposal, the only acceptable formal response to the permanent open call.


 

Your Commercial Proposal should be structured in three parts:

  1. Technical aspects
  2. Ethical aspects
  3. Financial aspects
Business plan

In order to facilitate access to the ISS utilisation resources in particular for small and medium size enterprises, ESA may grant Promotion Support to early commercial projects.

To benefit from this support, the project will have to be carefully evaluated by ESA on the basis of a Business Plan, which will then be requested as an essential part of the Commercial Proposal.

To assist you in preparing your Commercial Proposal and Business Plan, ESA has prepared detailed guidelines. Furthermore, ESA's Business Development Office can provide you with additional information and assistance during the preparation.
