A scientist checks his experiment before the first three-hour flight
Experiment subjects also fly on the 'Zero G' aircraft - here they are briefed before the flight
The experiments stand side-by-side in the cabin of the specially adapted aircraft
Specialised personnel join the parabolic flight to supervise and support the inflight experiment operations
A first ascent and descent provides a 'warm-up' parabola before the experiments get underway

During portions of the parabola the experimenters experience up to twice normal gravity levels
