Pulse Tube coldfinger

In the upper part of the picture, the MPTC compressor and coldfinger developed by Astrium-EADS (UK)/Rutherford Appleton Laboratories (UK) and CEA (F) shown. In the lower part the MPTC cooler developed by Air liquide (F), Thales (NL) and CEA (F) is shown. Both coolers provide 1-2W cooling power at 80K with 30-40W input power.
