For thousands of years Canadian Inuit have been making the trip to the ice edge for fishing and game. Today the journey is also an increasingly popular one with tourists, eager to see the bountiful life arriving each Arctic spring. Inuit guides who lead them there use satellite images to plan their trip across the ice floes.
