Telesat's Anik F2 satellite

Launch team members make a final inspection of Anik F2 before the satellite is placed on the interface adapter. This image clearly illustrates the spacecraft's massive size, and shows some of its 14 antenna reflectors. The heavyweight telecommunications platform carries 32 Ku-band transponders, 38 Ka-band transponders and 24 C-band transponders.
