ESA's SpaceHouse

The SpaceHouse has been under evaluation as a type of 'icon' or landmark due to its unique design and the use of novel space technologies. In Switzerland the SpaceHouse was proposed as a 'Swiss Space Vitrine'. The authorities in the Basque country would like to establish a highly visible 'communication platform' for the region by exploiting the SpaceHouse concept. The Technical University in Dresden in Germany is evaluating the SpaceHouse as a possible focal point for the University and aerospace industry in Saxony. Interest has also been expressed from large hotel chains to use the SpaceHouse as VIP-area or attractive restaurant on top of hotel-towers.
