Wubbo Ockels

Prof. Wubbo Ockels, STS-61A Payload Specialist in 1985, selected in the first group of ESA astronauts in 1978. In 2003, he left ESA to become full-time professor of Aerospace for Sustainable Engineering and Technology at the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
