AC magnetic facility (new config with 16 channels)

The Electro-Magnetic Compatibility Laboratory's Magnetic Coil Facility is used to ensure the magnetic cleanliness of space parts and small equipment, being able to 'subtract' Earth's magnetic field or perform magnetic gaussing/degaussing.
