Signing ceremony

Kanaris C. Tsinganos, President of the National Observatory of Athens (NOA), and Volker Liebig, Director of ESA’s Earth Observation Programmes, signed an Understanding for the Collaborative Ground Segment Cooperation at a ceremony on 12 May 2014 in Athens, Greece.
