ESA BIC Portugal Signature

The ESA Business Incubation Centre (BIC) Portugal was launched during the fifth Portuguese Space Forum, 5 November 2014. The agreements between ESA and Portuguese Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN), the centre to manage the ESA BIC Portugal, was signed by Dr Franco Ongaro, ESA Director of Technical and Quality Management, and prof. Teresa Mendes, IPN President of the Board of Directors.
