Sixth European Space Conference, July 1973

The sixth European Space Conference, opened on 12 July 1973 and reconvened on 31 July 1973, agreed on the 'Second Package Deal', paving the way for Ariane, Spacelab, the MAROTS satellite and the creation of one European space agency.
