World Ocean Council President and CEO Paul Holthus

In February 2021, a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) was signed between ESA's (then) Director General Jan Wörner and the World Ocean Council (WOC) President and CEO Paul Holthus. The partnership connects ESA with the maritime sector and will support ocean-related industry through space-based systems and data.
