Water survival training

ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti participates in water survival training at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. As a member of Crew-4, Samantha will fly to the International Space Station in a Crew Dragon spacecraft. Upon return, this spacecraft will land in the Atlantic Ocean, where boats will be ready to welcome her home.

L'astronauta dell'ESA Samantha Cristoforetti partecipa all'addestramento alla sopravvivenza in acqua presso il Johnson Space Center della NASA a Houston, in Texas. Come membro della Crew-4, Samantha volerà sulla Stazione Spaziale Internazionale a bordo di un veicolo spaziale Crew Dragon. Al ritorno, il veicolo atterrerà nell'Oceano Atlantico, dove ci saranno ad attendere le imbarcazioni del personale addetto al recupero.
