Spatial emotions
What goes through an astronaut’s mind just before a spacewalk? This picture clearly shows positive emotions on Samantha Cristoforetti’s face during the preparation of her first Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA). On 21 July 2022, the ESA astronaut completed her first spacewalk, the first conducted by a European woman.
