The Food Processor experiment is an experiment by the French Space Agency (CNES) that investigates how making food can provide astronauts with a better relationship with food in space. The current way of serving food is in a can or by re-hydrating it. ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen made chocolate mousse as part of the Food Processor experiment, where ingredient were placed in the Food Processor and mixed and aerated into a delicious mousse.
