HydroGNSS animated patch

The HydroGNSS Scout mission provides measurements of key hydrological climate variables, including soil moisture, freeze–thaw state over permafrost, inundation and wetlands, and above-ground biomass, using a technique called Global Navigation Satellite System reflectometry.
