With launch scheduled for 4 November 2025 at 22:02 CET (18:02 local time), the team at Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana has been working to integrate the Copernicus Sentinel-1D upper-composite onto the Ariane 6 rocket.
Sentinel-1D is the fourth Sentinel-1 satellite to be launched as part of Europe’s Copernicus programme. Together with its siblings Sentinel-1C, it will continue the critical task of delivering radar imagery for a wide range of services, applications and science – all of which benefit society.
