Bright day over ESA’s Navigation Lab

The large antenna on the roof of ESA's Navigation Lab at ESTEC in the Netherlands can capture signals from navigation satellites. On 8 April, the antenna received the very first navigation signal from Celeste, following the launch of the mission’s first satellites on March 28. This was a European first: the first successful transmission of a navigation signal from low Earth orbit.
