Kids team up with ESA reserve astronaut John McFall for an inspiring 'Mission X' training session in the Erasmus Bay at ESTEC, ESA's site in the Netherlands. Led by ESA, the UK Space Agency (UKSA) and the national European Space Education Resource Offices (ESERO), Mission X is a school-level project that takes schoolchildren on an exciting learning journey where the thrill of human space exploration meets health and nutrition.
During the sessions, students train like astronauts through hands-on physical challenges and scientific investigations. They dive into STEM subjects and build teamwork, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
