COTS processor radiation testing

The radiation-tolerant carrier board developed by the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre undergoing irradiation testing, as part of the 'Mixed Software/Hardware-based Fault-tolerance Techniques for Complex COTS System-on-Chip in Radiation Environments' activity supported by ESA Discovery. The activity developed and validated hardware and software techniques to enable automotive-grade COTS processors to operate reliably in the radiation environments of space.
