Workshops and Events

Besides workshops organised for the purposes of ECSL Research, the Practitioners' Forum, and all the students' events, ECSL is also taking part in other workshops and conferences. Firstly, ECSL can organise specific workshops, which are not part of the regular programme. A few have been organised and can be found in the list of events. Also, on the occasion of the 1995 General Meeting, ECSL is inaugurating a new regular workshop as part of the General Meeting, so that this event will not be only a formality but also an occasion for fruitful exchange of views among ECSL Members on a current topic. ECSL also supports the organisation of a number of workshops and conferences. Of course, support is given to the workshops organised by the NPOCs, where ECSL may provide speakers, advice as to the programme, publication of proceedings... Such support has been provided as well to other workshops and conferences. For the period covered by this report, participation by ECSL in such events is reported in the following list of events.

• March 1994, ECSL participated in a Round Table with the Canadian Space Law Steering Committee, with a view to initiating cooperation.
