      This exchange is the already traditional end of the year overview of the highlights of Europe's space programme during the past 12 months.
      The programme includes an A - roll of five minutes (split audio english voiceover) and a B)roll with clean international sound.

      The year ended on a positive note for the future of EuropeÍs involvement in
      ever European Space Council was held in Brussels on the 25 November
      ministers from the European Union and the European Space AgencyÍs member
      discuss the development of a coherent European Space Programme. This
      defined in concept by the end of 2005 and lead to Europe being at the forefront
      exploration and utilisation.
      Just as in 2003, ESA expects to see a milestone of planetary exploration to
      Christmas day at 2:00 in the morning. The Huygens probe will be separated
      mother craft to start a 21-day free flight towards Titan, SaturnÍs largest satellite.
      there on 14 January next year after a 3 hour descent through the thick atmosphere
