Just another morning in space… this one starting with a blood draw! I was so proud to get it right on the first try! ☺️

As part of NASA’s Standard Measures and other physiology experiments, we regularly collect blood and other samples to help scientists understand how our bodies adapt to spaceflight. We centrifuge and freeze the samples on board, preserving them until they can be analysed back on Earth. I’ll do one last blood draw on the morning we undock!
