At a ceremony in Tallinn on 20 June, René Oosterlinck, ESA Director of Legal Affairs and External Relations and Juhan Parts, the Estonia Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications, signed an agreement marking closer cooperation between the Agency and Estonia.
