This Copernicus Sentinel-2 false-colour image has been produced including the shortwave-infrared bands from the mission's multispectral imager. 

This band combination highlights snow and ice in electric blue on the right, while water vapour, or clouds, appear in white towards the centre of the image.

These two images acquired by Copernicus Sentinel-2 highlight how the mission can help distinguish between clouds and snow.
