The ESA Programme Board on Satellite Navigation (PB-NAV) at the 126th PB-NAV Meeting held in Neuchâtel, Switzerland – a symbolic location reflecting Europe’s commitment to precision, innovation and collaboration in space-based navigation and timing. The PB-NAV serves as a key decision-making forum where ESA Member States and institutional partners align on priorities, funding and innovation pathways for satellite navigation. It continues to drive Europe’s leadership in positioning, navigation and timing through strategic oversight of flagship programmes such as Galileo, EGNOS and Horizon Europe – for which ESA acts as system development prime – as well as the NAVISP and FutureNAV programme.
