CPL on ESTEC site for testing

The CPL was briefly at the ESA site in Noordwijk where ESTEC engineers and chemical propulsion experts finalised the equipping of the facility. Once complete, it was shipped to its permanent location at the NLR - Netherlands Aerospace Centre site.
