A picture taken by CLUPI (Close-Up Imager) on Sol 40. This image shows the top of the Robson ridge feature.
CLUPI has the highest resolution of all the external cameras on the Rosalind Franklin rover. The rover control team had to expertly maneuver the rover to a point as close to the ridge as safely possible to get this highly detailed image. The image shows that the ridge top is composed of fragments of different smaller rocks, held together by a matrix of finer material.
