Tabernas colour panorama by rover

A colour panorama taken by the PanCam Wide Angle Camera on Sol 39 of the field test. The ridge to the left is named ‘Robson Ridge’ and the break in the ridge was called the ‘Hudson Strait’.

The team used this image to work out if they could drive the rover up this gap in the ridge. The image was compiled from six PanCam colour images, but each of these images was made up of separate red/green/blue image-frames, so it took 18 images to make this panorama.
