[ version FR ] Day 222, orbit 3442 — More vacuum cleaning in space! Keeping the ventilation grids clean is essential in an environment like ours, where the air is continuously recycled in a near-closed-loop system. Much like on a submarine, or a climate-controlled laboratory, clean airflow isn't just a matter of comfort, it's an important part of keeping both the crew and the Station running smoothly.
Science, operations, exercise... our days on the International Space Station are busy and maintenance is part of the routine too. Everyone gets their share of housekeeping duties!
