Business Wargaming: Exploring future competitive dynamics with a roleplay simulation

In the light of rapidly changing environments, new technologies emerging, policies changing and new competitors entering an industry, a vital question is the following: how can organizations anticipate the future dynamics in their environment and how can they anticipate how current competitors but also new competitors will act and react. Business Wargaming, developed in the military centuries ago, sets out to help organizations in answering these questions. The presentation will provide an introduction to Business Wargaming and provided cases.
