Co-authors who wish to attend the award ceremony are invited to send an email with subject line: “Co-author to award event”, to success@esa.int in order to receive their invitation letter.
Please note that only co-authors are invited who at the time of participation were students themselves and had not reached the level of “Masters” or equivalent at that moment.
Your travel and hotel expenses will be reimbursed by ESA up to a limit depending on your country of origin (see table below) and subject to the presentation of original receipts and the completion of the mailed reimbursement form.
