Ignis mission book
In June 2025, ESA project astronaut Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski from Poland travelled to the International Space Station. During his 20-day mission, Sławosz carried out microgravity research and took part in educational activities designed to inspire future generations.
This hardcover book traces Sławosz’s journey, from his training at the European Astronaut Centre (EAC) in Cologne, Germany, and at partner facilities worldwide, to the experiments he conducted in orbit during the Ignis mission.
