Atom chip assembly mounted on a UHV flange (AIRBUS + Leibniz Universität Hannover). The assembly is created out of non-organic, low outgassing, UHV-compatible materials. Electrical connections were realised from the rear with the help of so-called Fuzz buttons rather than bonding.
