On Saturday, 4 October 2025, ESA’s European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) in Villanueva de la Cañada, Madrid, will welcome the public for a family day full of discovery, science and exploration.

In-depth

Madrid is the heart of ESA’s Science for all Europe. Visitors will have the chance to meet ESA’s scientists and engineers, take part in hands-on activities for all ages, and get an insider’s look at the missions that explore our planet and the wider Universe. It will be a day to celebrate knowledge, curiosity and Europe’s shared ambition in space. Come and vist ESA’s window to the Universe!

Registration opens on Friday, 19 September at 11:00. Admission is free but registration is mandatory. Every visitor must be registered, including children of all ages.

Tickets are limited and go quickly — make sure you book yours early!
