Scanning land areas using space technology sensor

Miramap, a former 'incubatee' at ESA's Business Incubator in ESTEC, the Netherlands, is using space technology to monitor the moisture content of e.g. the Dutch water barrier from an airplane to detail weak spots. An unmanned helicopter, as seen in the picture, or a small aircraft is used to scan areas in the Netherlands.
