"Picture Mars" second round winners

Contestants were invited to share their ideas on Mars with thousands of ESA Portal visitors, with drawings, paintings, collage or computer-generated art.

The competition was open to all ages and nationalities, in two rounds. ESA selected the best entries in each round on the basis of originality and graphic appeal.

In contributing to the ESA Portal, the artist agrees to grant ESA a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish artwork. Copyright remains with the originator of the artwork, but ESA reserves the right to edit the image for the purpose of the animation.

We request your name and address in case we need to contact you and to validate all entries. Any submissions without this information will be excluded.
