Meet Luca - rules and registration

Please complete the registration form below to apply. Be sure to include a valid email address and why you would like to attend, in English or Italian.

Fifty participants will be selected to attend the SocialSpace.

Please note that ESA will not cover travel, accommodation, food or any other expenses. Although we make every effort to guarantee this event, events can be cancelled should unforeseen circumstances arise. Please bear this in mind in making your travel arrangements. We recommend to have changeable tickets. ESA cannot accept for costs incurred in the event of cancellation.

The SocialSpace event will be held mainly in English but questions, Tweets and posts during the event will of course be welcome in Italian. Registration closes on 14 March at 11:00 GMT (12:00 CET).

Broadband WiFi will be available. Participants are responsible for bringing their own Internet devices such as mobile phones or laptops. Please label everything and look after your equipment carefully. ESA takes no responsibility for loss of property on the premises.

ESA reserves the right to stream this event and to publish photographs and articles. Participation implies acceptance that you may appear in images.

The Twitter account is @Social4space, the hashtag is #LucaTweetup. We will use this to post updates and reminders about the event.

Once all the applications have been processed, an email with confirmation information and additional instructions will be sent to those selected and those on the waiting list.
