ESA title

Ariane 6 is the latest rocket in a long history of launchers to fly from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana – demonstrating the power of multinational cooperation for over five decades.

First Ariane 6 launched: 9 July 2024 from Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana 16:00 local time (20:00 BST, 21:00 CEST).

Previous Ariane 6 launch: 12 February, 16:45 (17:45 CET, 13:45 local time), first Ariane 6 launch with four boosters for Amazon Leo broadband constellation, VA267.

Next Ariane 6 launches: 28 April, Ariane 6 with four boosters, second flight for Amazon Leo broadband constellation, VA268.
